I am in-network with Cigna.
There may be a co-pay or share of cost when using your insurance. Please call your insurance company to confirm that you do not need prior authorization to use your insurance for behavioral health. This is also the time to confirm your co-pay or share of cost.
If I am not in network with your insurance company don’t worry. I can provide you with a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company and more often than not, you can get reimbursed for a share of what you’ve paid me. You would be paying me directly and then get reimbursed by your insurance company. All insurance plans differ, so please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance provider the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
